dc.description.abstract In this work, we performed physical analysis of resonant plasma-wave transistors (PWTs) based on nano-CMOS for terahertz (THz) emitters. In addition, we also demonstrate the performance enhancement of CMOS-based plasmonic detector with monolithic integrated antenna in low impedance regime and report the experimental results of Si MOSFET impedance in THz
regime using 0.2-THz measurement system.
