dc.description.abstract Following Rohrlich’s method to prove non-vanishing of special values of elliptic L-function with cyclotomic twists, we will discuss the equality between two fields generated by the special values and cyclotomic characters, over the Fourier coefficient fields of the eigencusp newform of weight 2. One of main ingredients in the discussion is an estimation of a variant of Kloosterman sums. -
