dc.description.abstract We propose a new image-encoding scheme for a wide-colorgamut/high-dynamic-range display. The proposed scheme consists of two stages: color conversion from input XYZ to an opponent color space (based on CIECAM02), and high-dynamicrange encoding. A sub-sampling test shows that the proposed scheme performs better than previous models. -
