Abstract
The study has three purposes: it examines 1) correlations among personality, creative self-efficacy, demography, and creativity, 2) differences between males and females and differences between academic years in creativity, 3) predictors of creativity through variables. A total of 60 students (31 males and 29 females) from the university of Science and Technology in Korea participated for the present study. As a results, there were significant and positive relationships between extraversion and creativity, between gender and creativity and between creative self-efficacy and creativity. The data revealed that female students showed higher total scores of creativity than male students' creativity. Moreover, among variables, extraversion and gender were meaningful predictors for creativity in this study.
