| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문에서는 환자 개인별 맞춤형 약물 처방 연구의 시작점으로 교모세포종 환자 개인에 대한 항암 후보 약물 60 종의 반응 정도를 측정하는 연구를 진행하였다. 분석한 데이터는 교모세포종 환자 2명의 암세포에 대하여 60 종의 항암제를 각각 투여한 뒤 취득한 현미경 영상 데이터에서 추출한 각 세포의 64가지 feature 데이터이다. 약물에 반응한 cell은 총 5가지 class로 구분되는데, 우리는 t-SNE 기반의 군집화분석을 수행하여 약물의 반응 정도에 기준이 되는 경계값을 설정하고, 해당 실험에서의 class의 비율을 통해서 약물의 반응정도를 정량화하였다. | - |
