| dc.description.abstract |
Finite element analysis (FEA) was performed to investigate the fracture of ZrN coating on U-Mo fuel particles dispersed in the Al matrix during the fuel plate fabrication process. Fabrication data for the dispersion fuel plate with ZrN coating was selected for the finite element modelling. It is revealed that a portion of the ZrN coating layers was damaged during the fabrication process. |
