dc.description.abstract This paper proposed a high-voltage generator using Class D Amplifier(CDA) for mutual capacitive fingerprint sensor, in order to enhance fingerprint resolution by easily detecting capacitance difference from ridge and valley touched on TSP. The high-voltage generator, fabricated in 0.25-um BCDMOS process, consists of 42 identical channels. The input frequency, VDD and VDDH are 1MHz, 5V and 20V respectively. The voltage output of CDA on filterless condition is 0- 20V pulse wave. The simulated output voltage is 20V peak-topeak sine wave. -
