dc.description.abstract High resolution deep tissue imaging is hindered by multiple scattering from overlaying tissue layers. As we go deeper, aberrations accumulate which require highly accurate complex aberration corrections. The main difficulty lies in the fact that biological tissue generally impose spatially variant aberrations. Here, we will describe our recent efforts to realize large field of view wavefront control to enable high resolution in-vivo imaging over large volumes. -
