dc.description.abstract Broadband second-harmonic generation based on Stark-tunable intersubband nonlinearities in multiple-quantum-well structures combined with plasmonic resonators was studied. Theoretically, 5 times broader second-harmonic generation wavelength compared to passive nonlinear metasurfaces and over 0.1% of the maximum conversion efficiency were achieved. -
