dc.description.abstract Third-harmonic generation based on coupling of third order nonlinear response in multiple-quantum-well structure and plasmonic nano resonators was studied. Theoretically 10-7 of power conversion efficiency was obtained for the incident light at 10.5μm wavelength with input intensity of 40kW/cm2. -
