dc.description.abstract In this paper, satellite-derived atmospheric CO2 concentration using Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS), Tropospheric Emission Spectrometer (TES) and Greenhouse gases Observing SATellite (GOSAT) was compared with that measured from Comprehensive Observation Network for Trace gases by AIrLiners (CONTRAIL). Results show annual and seasonal variation of CO2 concentration with peak concentration in summer and the lowest concentration in winter. RMSE was generally less than 5 ppm and R2 was higher than 0.5. -
