dc.description.abstract We developed a microfabrication method for producing a multi-level microchannel (MLM)-integrated microfluidic device in order to separate micropartieles and yeast cells on a chip by amending a grey-scale photomask technique. We demonstrated that the microfluidic device benefited from MLMs for its functionality in filtering and concentrating microparticles by size. -
