dc.description.abstract An analytical method to calculate the electric- and magnetic fields near a planar PDN with decoupling capacitors has been proposed. Magnetic current source along the plane edges with multiple decoupling capacitors is calculated using the cavity resonant model. The electric- and magnetic fields in the near field region calculated from the magnetic currents are validated with the results obtained using PEEC method. -
