dc.description.abstract People use a wide range of electronic products every day. And they go through positive and negative experiences. We think not only enhancing positive experiences, but also, reducing the negative experiences could provide better use experiences. So, in this paper, we studied about negative use experiences in terms of user characteristic such as cultural background, gender and technology familiarity. Through this study, we hope to provide the better way of design for reducing the negative experiences. -
