- Abstract
- 본 발명은 기설정된 편광 상태로 제어되는 레이저를 진공 챔버 내 가스에 집속시키는 과정과, 상기 레이저의 집속에 대응되는 플라즈마를 생성하는 과정과, 상기 진공 챔버에 설치되어 RF 신호를 제공하는 RF 전원을 이용하여 전자장을 유도하여 생성된 상기 플라즈마를 자화시키는 과정과, 자화된 상기 플라즈마에 입사되는 레이저를 통해 발생되는 산란광을 기반으로 플라즈마 진단 파라미터별 모니터링을 수행하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
