- Abstract
- 본 발명은 chb 오페론 또는 asc 오페론의 유도성 프로모터가 구성적 프로모터로 치환된 변이대장균의 제조방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 대장균 및 이를 이용한 바이오연료의 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변이대장균은 야생형 대장균과는 달리 셀로바이오스를 이용할 수 있으므로, 바이오매스로부터 바이오연료를 생산하는 효소당화공정에 효소를 사용하지 않을 수 있으며, 동시당화발효과정(SSF)에서 셀로바이오스 축적에 따른 수율 저하를 막을 수 있다.
