- Abstract
- 본 발명은 유전공학적 방법 및 진화적 적응으로 야생형 대장균을 글루코스 및 자일로스를 동시에 이용할 수 있도록 변이시키는 방법, 상기 방법에 따라 변이된 대장균 및 상기 대장균을 이용하여 바이오매스로부터 바이오연료, 생리활성기능물질, 의약용 물질 또는 화학산업 기반 화학물질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 변이대장균은 야생형 대장균과는 달리 글루코스 및 자일로스를 동시에 이용할 수 있으므로, 바이오매스로부터 바이오연료를 생산하는 효소당화공정에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
