dc.description.abstract 불포화 폴리에스테르 경화반응에서 개시제와 촉진제 함량을 변화시켰을 때 활성화 에너지를 정량화 하였고 이에 따라 개시제와 촉진제 함량의 최적 조건을 찾았다. 이렇게 결정된 개시제와 촉진제 함량에서 불포화 폴리에스테르를 등온 경화시켰을 때 온도에 따른 전환율을 구하였다. 반응 속도식을 이용해 반응 차수를 구하여 실험치와 계산치를 비교하였다. 그 결과 불포화 폴리에스테르의 경화 반응은 n차 반응을 만족하며 n 값은 1.38 정도로 나타났다. 또한 개시제와 촉진제 함량 변화가 물성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 유리전이온도와 경도를 측정하였으며 개시제 첨가시 과량의 개시제에 의한 가소화 효과가 나타남을 확인하였다.

The activation energy has been quantified with initiator and accelerator content. From this result, the optimum condition of initiator and accelerator contents was determined. In this initiator and accelerator contents, unsaturated polyester (UP) was cured isothermally and the conversion rate was obtained. Reaction rate equation was used for obtaining reaction order. Calculated value was obtained from this reaction order, and it was compared with experimental value. Curing reaction of UP was satisfactory with n-order reaction and average reaction order value was about 1.38. In addition, the effect or initiator and accelerator contents on the mechanical properties was investigated by measuring glass transition temperature and hardness. The plasticizer effect was confirmed by the excessive initiator content.
