Abstract
Recently, Perovskite solar cells which are considered as next-generation photovoltaic devices. By the virtue of tunable band-gap, high absorption coefficient, defect tolerance characteristics and long charge carrier diffusion length of perovskite absorber, high-efficiency of perovskite solar cells. Uni-axial tensile test on perovskite was conducted and exact mechanical properties of perovskite were extracted. In flexible perovskite solar cell, transparent conducting oxide like indium doped tin oxide which is widely used transparent electrode is rigid and limit the flexibility of perovskite solar cell. Here we report the flexible perovskite solar cell with critical bending radius under 1 mm by utilizing ultrathin Au as transparent electrode and it corresponds to mechanical properties of all components in flexible perovksite solar cell.
