- Abstract
- 화학식 La4-xSrxNi3O10-δ의 고체 산화물 연료전지용 캐소드 소재와 이를 사용한 연료전지를 개시한다. 상기 화학식에서, 상기 화학식 1에서, x는 0초과 4 미만의 양수이고, δ는 상기 화학식 1의 상기 화합물을 전기적 중성으로 하는 값이다. 본 발명의 일 구현예에 의하면, 캐소드의 산소 이온 전도성을 향상시켜, 캐소드의 분극저항을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 800℃ 이하의 낮은 온도에서도 낮은 전극저항을 유지할 수 있다.
