- 화학식 LnBaaSrbCo2-xFexO5+δ의 고체 산화물 연료전지용 캐소드 소재와 이를 사용한 연료전지를 개시한다. 상기 화학식에서, Ln은 사마륨, 네오디뮴, 프라세오디뮴 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, a와 b는 0 초과 1 미만의 수로서, a+b=1을 만족하며, x는 0 초과 1.0 미만의 수이고, δ는 1 이하의 양수로서, 화학식 1의 화합물을 전기적 중성으로 하는 값이다. 이 화학식에 따른 캐소드 소재를 사용하면 800℃ 이하의 온도에서 작동하는 고체 산화물 연료전지를 제조할 수 있다.
