- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 과제는 탄소 화이버 상에 높은 밀도로 성장한 나노 구조체를 포함하는 복합 재료를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 복합 재료의 형성 방법은, 탄소 화이버를 전자 빔을 이용하여 표면 개질하는 단계; 상기 탄소 화이버의 표면 개질된 표면 상에 아연 산화물 나노 구조체를 성장시키는 단계; 및 상기 탄소 화이버와 상기 아연 산화물 나노 구조체를 고분자 수지에 전사시키는 단계;를 포함한다.
