| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 (1) 기재 위에, 그래핀 성장용 고체 탄소원 및 금속 전구체를 함유하는 용액을 코팅하여 박막을 제조하는 단계; (2) 상기 제조된 박막을 수소 기체 하에서 700 내지 1,200℃로 가열함으로써 금속을 함유하는 나노발포체(nano-foam) 구조의 그래핀을 형성하는 단계; 및 (3) 상기 나노발포체 구조의 그래핀 중의 금속을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 3차원 나노발포체 구조의 그래핀의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 3차원 나노발포체 구조의 그래핀의 제조방법은 결함을 유발하는 이송 공정(transfer process)이나 독성 탄소 가스를 필요로 하지 않으며, 이러한 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 3차원 나노발포체 구조의 그래핀은 염료감응형 태양전지(DSSC)의 제조에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
