- 본 발명은 살아있는 세포 내 소기관에 존재하는 빌리루빈을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 세포 내 소기관 타겟팅 폴리뉴클레오타이드 및 UNAG 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오타이를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 세포를 형질전환하는 단계, 형질전환된 세포에서의 UNAG 단백질의 형광세기를 측정하는 단계, 형질전환된 세포에서의 UNAG 단백질의 발현 정도를 측정하는 단계, 및 형광세기와 발현 정도를 비교하여 결정계수 및 추세를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 세포 내 빌리루빈 정량 방법에 관한 것이다.
