- Abstract
- 본 발명은 나노입자 기반 혈관조영제 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 나노물질 상에 표면개질방법을 적용하기 위해서 Mefp 유사 올리고머(Mefp like oligomer; MLO)를 디자인하였으며, 코팅제(coating reagent)가 카테콜기(catechol group)와 나노입자의 표면에 결합되어 1,2,3,4-테트라치환된 벤젠 고리(1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted benzene ring) 구조를 만들어 줌으로써 안정화되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 제조된 MLO를 이용한 혈관 조영제 제조방법을 제공한다.
