- Abstract
- 본 발명에서는 니켈(II) 착물의 열분해를 통하여 메조기공 그래핀/니켈 복합체를 형성한 후, 이를 에칭하는 간단한 공정만으로 작고 균일한 단분산성의 메조기공을 갖는 고품질의 3차원 메조기공 그래핀을 제조한다. 본 발명의 니켈(II) 착물 유래 3차원 메조기공 그래핀은 균일한 기공을 가지면서 비표면적 및 기공부피가 크고, 3차원 그래핀 내 탄소/산소의 함량비가 높으며, 산소 발생 및 환원 반응에서의 이작용성 전기촉매 활성과 내구성이 우수하여 재생 연료전지 및 금속공기 이차전지용 이작용성 촉매로 응용할 수 있다.
