본 발명의 일 구현예에서는, 불소 가스와 이종 가스가 혼합된 가스를 물과 반응시켜, 불소 가스가 선택적으로 포집된 가스 하이드레이트를 형성함으로써, 불소 가스를 회수하는 방법을 제공한다.
아울러, 본 발명의 다른 일 구현예에서는, 반도체 공정, 냉각 공정 등의 산업 공정에서 발생하는 불소 함유 가스를 가스 하이드레이트로 전환하여, 불소 가스를 선택적으로 회수하는 방법을 제공한다.
