본 발명은 2개의 센서쌍을 기반으로 흡착된 가스의 선택성을 향상시킴과 동시에 고감도 특성을 갖는 고선택도 및 고감도 가스 센서 소자를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 고선택도 및 고감도 가스 센서 소자에 있어서, 베이스; 상기 베이스 상단에 형성되는 하단 센서; 상기 하단 센서 상단에 형성되는 절연층; 및 상기 절연층 상단에 형성되는 상단 센서;를 포함하되, 상기 상단 센서 및 하단 센서의 반응비에 의하여 가스를 감지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
