- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 박막형 적외선 흡수체를 포함하는 대상체는, 상기 대상체의 표면에 부착되어 적외선을 흡수하고 발생한 에너지를 상기 대상체로 전달하는 박막형 적외선 흡수체를 포함하되, 상기 박막형 적외선 흡수체는, 기판, 상기 기판상에 증착되는 TI 금속 층, 및 상기 TI 금속 층상에 증착되는 MGF2 유전체 층을 포함하고, 상기 TI 금속 층 및 상기 MGF2 유전체 층은 교대로 복수 회 반복하여 증착되어 복층 구조를 가진다.
