- Abstract
- 메타 공진기 안테나를 포함하는 금속 통신 장치가 제공된다. 상기 금속 통신 장치는 데이터 통신이 수행되는 전도성 표면에 접촉되는 제1 레이어, 상기 제1 레이어의 상부에 적층되고, 정현파(sine wave) 형상의 금속 트레이스를 포함하여 상기 데이터 통신에 이용되는 표면파의 공진을 제어하는 메타 공진기 안테나, 유전물질로 구성되고, 상기 메타 공진기 안테나의 상부에 적층되는 제2 레이어, 상기 메타 공진기 안테나로부터 전달되는 표면파에 따라 상기 메타 공진기 안테나를 여기(excitation)시키는 패치부 및 상기 패치부의 상부에 적층되고, 상부면에 접지판을 포함하는 제3 레이어를 포함할 수 있다.
