본 발명은 광 필터를 포함한 광 투영 단층 촬영 시스템 및 이의 동작 방법에 대한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광 투영 단층 촬영 시스템의 동작 방법은, 피측정물을 회전시키며, 각각 다른 파장 범위의 복수의 광들을 상기 피측정물에 투과시켜, 피측정물의 복수의 투영상들(projections)을 획득하는 단계, 상기 획득된 복수의 투영상들을 이용하여, 상기 복수의 광들 각각에 의한 피측정물의 복수의 토모그램들(tomograms)을 생성하는 단계 및 상기 생성된 복수의 토모그램들을 이용하여, 상기 피측정물의 영상을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
