본 발명은 대면적 펄스화된 전자 빔 조사를 통한 표면 처리 방법 및 시스템에 대한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 표면 처리 방법은, 아르곤 기체로 충진된 챔버 내에 마련된 음극과 양극 사이에서 대면적 펄스화된 전자 빔(Large Pulsed Electron Beam; LPEB)을 생성하는 단계 및 상기 생성된 대면적 펄스화된 전자 빔을 스텔라이트(Stellite)로 이루어진 피성형물의 표면에 조사하는 단계를 포함한다.
