- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다이설파이드 결합을 갖는 고분지형 폴리글리세롤, 보다 상세하게는 단량체로서 다이설파이드 결합을 갖는 글리시돌계 화합물을 포함하거나, 공단량체로서 다이설파이드 결합을 갖는 글리시돌계 화합물 및 글리시돌을 포함하는 고분지형 폴리글리세롤 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 고분지형 폴리글리세롤은 생체적합성이며, 주쇄 또는 분지쇄 내에 다이설파이드 결합이 존재하여 환원 조건하에서 분해될 수 있으므로, 약물 운반체로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
