- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 신축성을 갖는 신축성 기판과 신축성이 없는 비신축성 기판을 포함하는 하이브리드 기판과, 상기 비신축성 기판위에 배치된 디바이스 칩을 포함하기 때문에, 신축성이 확보되어 신축성 전자 소자의 구현이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 비신축성 기판 위에 배치된 디바이스 칩의 안정성도 확보될 수 있다.
