| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 전도성 물질과 고분자 물질을 함께 방사하여 동축 이중층의 전도성 섬유들을 형성하고, 상기 전도성 섬유들을 당기고 감아서 전도성 실을 제조함으로써, 공정이 매우 간단하고 경제적인 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 전도성 섬유들이 꼬여진 전도성 실을 제조할 수 있기 때문에, 기계적 특성이 우수한 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 전하 중화수단을 포함함으로써, 전도성 섬유에 포함된 전도성 물질에 의해 콘 컬렉터에 쌓이는 전하를 중화시킬 수 있으므로, 전도성 섬유들의 개수와 전도성 섬유들의 직경을 균일하게 유지할 수 있으므로, 고품질의 전도성 실을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은, 드럼 컬렉터와 콘 컬렉터의 회전속도를 제어함으로써, 전도성 실의 꼬임 정도와 직경을 제어할 수 있다. | - |
