- 하이브리드 자가 충전 전지는 태양 전지 셀 유닛, 리튬 이온 전지 유닛, 및 상기 태양 전지 셀 유닛과 상기 리튬 이온 전지 유닛에 사이에 위치하는 집전체 층을 포함하고, 상기 리튬 이온 전지 유닛은 2개의 리튬 이온 전지 셀이 적층된 바이폴라 리튬 이온 전지를 포함한다. 하이브리드 자가 충전 전지는 태양광을 이용하여 충전이 가능하고, 고속의 충방전이 가능하고, 단일의 리튬 이온 전지보다 고출력 및 고에너지 밀도의 성능으로 구현될 수 있다.
