dc.description.abstract Broadband second-harmonic generation based on Stark-tunable intersubband nonlinearities in multi-quantum-well structures combined with plasmonic nano-resonators was studied. Theoretically, 500% broader operating wavelength compared to the passive devices and over 0.2% of the maximum conversion efficiency were achieved. -
