dc.description.abstract We report highly-nonlinear metasurfaces based on coupling of electromagnetically-engineered plasmonic nanoresonators with quantum-engineered intersubband nonlinearities. Experimentally, effective nonlinear susceptibility over 50nm/V was measured for second-harmonic generation under normal incidence. -
