dc.description.abstract A mathematical model is presented to obtain the current distribution and current efficiency on a rotating disk electrode under controlled current condition. The calculated results compare well with experiments performed using a nickel/nickel sulfate system in the presence of boric acid, The current density is highly nonuniform due to the ohmic drop in the electrolyte. The current efficiency was decreased with the increase of hydrogen concentration as well as applied pulse current density. -
