| dc.description.abstract | “인류의 삶에 공헌하는 세계적 과학기술 선도 대학”의 비전을 가지고 2009년 3월 개교한 UNIST(울산과학기술대학교)는 올해 2월 첫 졸업생을 배출하였고, 졸업생의 70 %가 대학원 진학을 하여 명실상부 연구 중심 대학으로 자리매김하고 있습니다. 전기전자컴퓨터공학부 내의 ‘차세대 전자기파 및 소자’ 연구 그룹은 서브밀리미터파(테라헤르츠파) 대역의 신개념 소자 개발 및 이를 이용한 응용 시스템 개발을 목표로 현재 6개의 실험실이 속하여 연구에 매진하고 있습니다. 본 기고 글에서는 UNIST 전기전자컴퓨터공학부 내의 ‘차세대 전자기파 및 소자’ 연구 그룹의 소개와 밀리미터파 및 서브밀리미터파 대역의 연구를 수행하고 있는 실험실을 소개하고자 합니다. | - |
