- Abstract
- 본 발명은 면역화학적 분석에서 신호증폭과 항체의 표면 고정을 담당하는 범용성 재조합 2차 항체 유사체에 관한 것으로서, 아스코르베이트 퍼록시다제 2(ascorbate peroxidase 2; APEX2) 단백질 및 1차 항체의 Fc 부위에 결합하는 항체 결합 도메인(antibody-binding domain, ABD) 단백질이 융합된 APEX2-ABD 재조합 2차 항체 유사체를 제공한다. 본 발명의 범용성 재조합 2차 항체 유사체는 값싸고 대량생산이 가능하며, 면역화학적 분석에서 2차 항체를 대체할 수 있으므로, 그 활용도가 매우 높을 것으로 예상된다.
