- Abstract
- 본 발명은 a) 나노입자 금속산화물의 콜로이드 용액에 유기 염료 용액을 혼합하여 유기 염료가 나노입자 금속산화물에 나노입자 형태로 흡착되도록 하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 나노입자 금속산화물의 콜로이드 용액와 유기 염료 용액의 혼합용액을 플라스틱 기판 상에 분사시켜 전극을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 플렉시블 염료감응형 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
